The Managing director said, the state civil servants could not enjoy the loan because the state opted out of the contribution scheme sometimes ago.
He said the state civil servants have contributed well over three hundred million Naira before they were forced to stop contributing to the scheme by the labour union.
He said they have decided to return to Borno state to open shops just to meet the needs of low income earners, who could not afford housing for themselves.
He said, he has already met with the leadership of the labour union on the need to resume contribution to the scheme.
“I have also concluded arrangement to grant the request of 500 hecters of land for their operations in Borno.”
